We all know that shoppers are moving online like never before in 2020. But what has also changed as a result of the pandemic is unprecedented experimentation by consumers. New brands, new channels, new products. And, in spite of all the indicators, retail sales have steadily grow over the summer.

In our Stat of the Week, we were fascinated by the adoption of new patterns and habits among consumers. It's a huge figure, sure, but according to recent data, it isn't going to be a short-term one either. What companies do to win new customers right now could have long-lasting effects.
